Dear Guest:

Rolando Mc Adam and Sonia Montiel, your hosts, we warmly welcome the Casita Tubu. Make yourself at home. We want your stay in Monteverde a memorable experience in the cloud forest.

We are your neighbors. We live in the house next door, down.

Karen, our assistant, is responsible for cleaning the house, provide them what they need: towels, soaps, etc. It is our trustworthy person. While you are at home, your access will be limited to the corridor of the house. The entrance to the house will indicate you the door hanging on the appropriate label: "Please enter for cleaning" or "Please, do not enter." If you do not want Karen enter, please leave dumpsters in the corridor to pick and changing bags and wet towels. That same forsake them clean towels and soaps.

We collect the trash and change the towels every other day. Changes linens are made twice a week, when visitors a week or longer stay. If there is any situation in which the change of bed linen before the indicated time is needed, please let us know and we will do it when needed.

Here is some information that may be helpful. If there is anything else you want or need to know, please ask.
