Glonda Courtney Chief Executive Officer

Glonda began her career in Sales, Marketing and Advertising with a Fortune 100 company. After obtaining a degree in Network Engineering from the University of San Francisco, she moved to network integration and network security, specializing in financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. In 2009, Glonda started her own consulting company offering network integration, network security and web design services to small and medium sized businesses.

As far back as the early 1970's, Glonda was part of the nascent eco-friendly movement. She was a co-founder of the Ecology Club at her junior high school, the first in the state of California and still in existence today. She has been an avid birder since the age of eight at which time she could name every bird that migrates to or inhabits the state of California by sight or call. These days, Glonda is a regular speaker at various venues and birding events, providing information and insight on everything from backyard birds to migratory birds. Her talks always feature lessons on preservation of natural habitats. Glonda has had a lifelong commitment to an eco-friendly, sustainable lifestyle. She lives adhering to the standards that seeks for its eco-friendly partners.


Jagadish Mohanram

Director - Technology and Web Design

Jagadish is a graduate of Anna University, Chennai, India and has more than seven years experience in engineering and management. Jag was the first person recruited by Glonda to to help develop the concept. He is the technology architect and webmaster for Jag's approach is to work closely with the team to understand the needs from the various users' perspectives and create and implement effective technology solutions.

During high school, Jagadish became a lactovarian but when in college, he became a vegetarian.

Andres Gomez


Andres was raised in a small mining town in Colombia. He developed his love for nature and the great outdoors very early on, learning wilderness survival skills and a deep respect for fauna and flora. To this day, he likes to go camping in as a remote location as possible.

He started his career as a musician, playing venues and assisting during recording or other bands and musicians. Occasionally, he worked in clothing retail. Showing great skills in PR and leadership, he has become a versatile manager working in different levels of middle management in the BPO and Tech industry. He is currently majoring in Computer Science at University EAN in Bogota, Colombia.

During his career, he has attended several leadership seminars and is LEAD Certified, specifically in Executive Leadership Development. With these tools he has created training and post training agendas to aid in employee development and retention. Has developed and rolled out different action plans to enhance performance indicators and optimize processes.

Andres will be taking charge in procurement and acquisition of services, leading marketing strategies to boost the company’s reach, working together with other teammates in the selection and development of hired personnel. Also, with his wide experience, he will be taking the lead in customer relations, both travelers and property owners alike.


James Faircloth

Director of US Social Media & Property Owner Relations

James grew up in a military family, where he was able to live in numerous places throughout the US and Overseas. His respect for nature and the love of animals began at an early age. He was especially active in Future Farmers of America (FFA) and 4-H with raising multiple animal projects, to leadership competitions and holding some of the highest awards in those clubs.

His career began as entry level positions where he worked his way up to management. In his career, he has managed multi-million dollar businesses. Where he has attended numerous professional seminars, dealing in Strategic Management Planning, Leadership, Marketing Strategies, Pfizer Pharmaceutical Training and Animal Nutrition. With these experiences he was able to work with Executives in setting business objectives to increase productivity, develop marketing schemes and communication protocols to insure that the Company is a profitable business.

When James is not in the office, he still donates his time to local FFA Chapters, helping young adults with their SOE projects and is on one of the advisory boards. He is also a member of the Farm Bureau and Slow Food San Diego, plus a board member for the San Diego County Fair Advisory Board.
